Day 6: Mock Interviews: Round One

Now turn three lines from YOUR posting into questions.

• Customer service: tell me about a time you helped a customer
• Sanitary work area: how do you keep your area clean and safe?
• Stocking: tell me about a time you organized supplies

Keep it short. The goal is evidence, not a long story.

• S: Situation
• T: Task
• A: Action, what YOU did
• R: Result

Rotate roles. Everybody practices all three.

• INTERVIEWER: uses the real posting, 10 minutes
• CANDIDATE: real evidence, no invented stories
• OBSERVER: scores the evidence, 5 minutes feedback

We are not scoring charisma, accent, or personality.

• What evidence landed clearly?
• What answer connected to the posting?
